Terms of Use

• The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date, and you must keep your password confidential.
• A company account is responsible for every user added to its team and for their compliance with these terms.
• We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently.

• Your CV and answers must be your own work and truthful.
• Take assessments without outside help or unauthorised tools; leaving the test window is recorded and shown to the company.
• Do not upload harmful or unlawful content.

• Use candidate data for recruitment purposes only and in line with applicable data-protection law.
• When importing CVs into your account you confirm you have a lawful basis to process them (e.g. the owners' consent or their submission).
• Do not post fake, discriminatory or unlawful jobs.
• Stay within the limits of your subscription plan (jobs, candidates, team members).

The Platform produces scores, explanations and draft text using AI models. These outputs are estimates, may contain errors, and are an aid — not a replacement for human judgement. Hiring decisions are solely the company's responsibility.

The Platform, its software and design belong to BD Leaders. You keep ownership of the content you upload (your CV, your job descriptions) and grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service.

Company services are provided under subscription plans. Fees, terms and limits are shown on the Subscription page and may change with prior notice.

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a candidate will be hired or that a company will find a candidate, and BD Leaders is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.

Candidates may delete their account at any time from "My Profile". Companies may request account closure via privacy@bd-leaders.com. Recruitment records remain with the company in anonymised form after a candidate deletes their account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
